Shaking Things Up
A cohesive kitchen that could serve as a functional space while also working with the open-plan living area. This was the brief handed down by the owners to Nobby Kitchens for this new build.
Wanting to bring warmth and character into the heart of their new home, the homeowners selected Nobby Kitchens’ Bronte Shaker-style doors for their cabinets and panels. The beautiful, crisp white of the Shaker-style panelling was the perfect choice to complement the living space, maintaining its light and airy feel. The cabinets were also used within the butler’s pantry and tie in seamlessly with its custom-made open shelving wall.
For the ultimate in storage and superior functionality, all of the wall units are run on Blum’s SERVO-DRIVE system with LED strip lighting.
Silestone was used for the splashback and island benchtop, creating a timeless marble-look finish. Seating was added beside the island so the owners could utilise a comfortable place to prepare and enjoy their meals. Opulent feature lighting hangs above the island to draw the eye up and around this stunning space.
Minimalist tones are heroed in this kitchen, with white, grey and black shades most prevalent. It means this area will be used for many years without the aesthetics becoming outdated.
