Combining what were previously three smaller and underutilised rooms, this design is an example of expert planning to create a fully functional space while working around challenging structural constraints. The new expansive layout of this kitchen is a triumph in craftsmanship that required the relocation of plumbing, windows and the removal of walls.
With a light and bright palette adding to the impression of freedom and space, the sense of contemporary meets classic is present. The Shaker-style doors and panels bring a traditional feel that is balanced by the sleek, state-of- the-art appliances.
Every inch of storage has been maximised, with Aventos lift-up hinges used on the cupboards above the cooktop area and a WingLine appliance cupboard to keep clutter out of sight. The kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar, with the statement lighting above lending a distinct sense of style. Storing large and awkward pots and pans has been made effortless with the wide, spacious drawers and additional storage beneath the island.
This stunning design is in complete contrast to the previously confined layout and has completely overhauled the feel and function of the home.
