ask any kitchen company

Do they offer a lump sum contract - EVERYTHING included in the contract and do they guarantee there will be no added extras?

Nobby Kitchens guarantee the contract you sign has no hidden extras. We can include any trade needed! Plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, installation, rangehood ducting even lighting and rendering of the walls plus much more.

Do Nobby contracts include the lot?
Yes     No

Do they supply Home Warranty Insurance (HWI) and do they have eligibility to supply Home Warranty Insurance - It's the law for all contracts over $20K?

Check to ensure they have HWI eligibility. If they don't, then ask why? They may split their contracts to avoid paying the HWI.

Does Nobby supply a HWI Certificate?

Are all the trades included in one contract?

Many kitchen companies may ask you to pay trades separately or direct. You only receive an estimate and many of the important trade costs are left out as there can be ten trades involved with your kitchen renovation. If you are not receiving fixed guaranteed prices in your contract, then you wont know the final price of your kitchen until it is installed.

Have they been in business longer than their warranty?

If someone is offering a 10 year warranty, ensure that they are financially sound or they have been in business longer than their warranty.

Is Nobby a name you can trust with longevity and reliability?

Do they have a builders licence?

Check that your kitchen company has an up to date builders licence. Check with the Department of Fair trading online and also check they can offer HWI.

Can they show you recent letters from happy customers or referrals?

Always ask to see a number of recent letters from their customers. Old letters (more than a few months old) may not reflect how the business is currently performing.

Does Nobby have many letters from satisfied customers to reassure you that you're dealing with the right kitchen company?
