From start to finish this was easily the most professional and satisfying experience we had during our renovation. The kitchen turned out better than we expected (and we had very high expectations). It is refreshing to deal with clean and prompt trades and people who take the time to actually listen. Everything happened on time and in budget with zero surprises on price of quality. The Finucane family were after a beautifully renovated kitchen. Their new kitchen needed to provide a superb entertainment area, whilst having a direct line of vision from the kitchen to the pool. The end result was a magnificent kitchen that ticked all of the Finucane families boxes, whilst ensuring all eyes were on the children when swimming in the pool!
“If you ask anyone with a pool and young children what their number-one concern is, it’ll most likely be supervision. So when it came to renovating, we chose to relocate the kitchen, opening up the new area to all facets of the home, both inside and out, so that a direct line of vision to the pool could be established. The design not only provides a great view for those facing the fabulous food-prep area but, thanks to the mirrored splashback and oven fronts, even those with their backs to the action can still keep an eye out while cooking. Of course, the sleek Shaker stylings coupled with rich organic materials such as marble and oak have created such a beautifully integrated design, you could be forgiven for not identifying the essentially functional, and potentially life-saving, status of this kitchen.
