Nobby Kitchens is a leading Australian kitchen company and has been established since 1939. You will be required to strive, getting it right for our clients. Nobby is located in Gordon on the North Shore and Castle Hill. You will be based in Gordon and will visit clients mainly on the North Shore/ Hills district of Sydney. If you live locally to the area is an advantage but not essential.

We are seeking a conscientious & co-operative person who is good with detail and takes their job seriously. You will be experienced in completing site measures, reading cad drawings, and using CAD programs.

You will also have proven yourself as a steady performer who has, when necessary, risen to the occasion under pressure. You will have a balanced sense of urgency with the ability to handle routine, and will be required to make prudent, deliberate decisions. You will also have an in-depth understanding of detail, and take a structured, step by step approach to projects.

You will enjoy routine, yet still show a sense of urgency at times to get the job done on time and to a high standard.

Your main role is designing & selling kitchens in the showroom at Castle Hill or in our customer homes. A proven track record in direct selling and a strong ability to close the sale is a requirement. You must have current or past experience in designing & selling kitchens. You will need to have used a computer aided design program (CAD design) or have a aptitude for learning CAD. Full training is provided for the right applicant.

Your position will entail check measuring kitchens after a kitchen designer/ sales person has sold the kitchen. The task is to ensure the kitchen is installed, minimising errors, and aiming for a high standard of right first time with kitchen installation, receiving a 100% customer satisfaction.

As a strong communicator, customers will enjoy your attention to detail in ensuring the smooth running of their kitchen renovation. Upon releasing work to the factory for manufacturing, you will be aided by the project management team, for scheduling of works and continual communication.

You will be reporting directly to our senior Installation Manager.

Past kitchen check measuring experience or similar detailed work is essential. We will be looking to ensure you are a processed driven individual who will "get it right' for our customers. Your time is spent 60% in the office and 40% on the road.

You will need your own car and license, car allowance is covered as part of this package.

The right applicant will receive an attractive base salary based on experience, a car allowance, plus super. In time, a bonus system will also be offered to the right applicant.
